Kenneth Leong joined Axiom Asia in 2017. Kenneth was previously a Senior Vice President of Corporate Accounting at GIC, leading the company’s statutory and management reporting function and overseeing the day-to-day operations of its finance department across 10 countries. In his 14 years at GIC, Kenneth was promoted through a variety of finance roles, gaining exposure to different asset classes including private equity. Before GIC, he spent 2.5 years as an auditor with Deloitte. Kenneth graduated from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Accountancy. He is fluent in English and Chinese.

Angela Tan joined Axiom Asia in April 2009 as Finance Manager. Angela has over 18 years of banking experience in different international banking institutions. Prior to joining Axiom, Angela worked for RBS Coutts in Singapore for eight years. Angela has a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) and Bachelor of Business (Economics and Finance) with Distinction from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University (RMIT). Angela reads and writes English and Chinese and speaks several Chinese dialects.

Andrew Choo joined Axiom Asia in 2016 as Compliance Manager. Andrew is responsible for ensuring Axiom conducts business in accordance with all securities laws and in a highly ethical manner. Prior to joining Axiom, Andrew was Head of Compliance in NN Investment Partners (Singapore) Ltd. Andrew has over 10 years of compliance experience at various asset management firms. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering) from the National University of Singapore. He is a certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (ACAMS). Andrew reads and writes English and Chinese and speaks several Chinese dialects.

Charis Ong joined Axiom Asia in 2021. Prior to joining Axiom, Charis was previously a Manager at ComplianceAsia Consulting, where she was responsible for leading prospect meetings for MAS license applications and ongoing compliance support services, as well as assisting clients in conducting AML risk assessments. Charis previously worked in the Corporate and Commercial department at law firm Characterist LLC. Charis holds a Bachelor of Law from University of Nottingham with Second Upper Class Honours. She reads and writes English and Chinese.

Wan Ching Foong joined Axiom Asia in 2019. Prior to joining Axiom, Wan Ching was an Associate with General Atlantic Fund Management where she managed group and statutory books for Singapore-incorporated master funds and SPVs totaling US$3.8B AUM. She also supported China and India deal acquisitions and divestments, oversaw fund flow and trade settlement, and ensured statutory and tax compliance. Prior to General Atlantic, she was a Finance Executive at Xander Investment Management where she managed fund accounting and operations for four real estate private equity funds. Prior to Xander, Wan Ching as an Audit Senior at Ernst & Young (Financial Services department). She began her career as an Accounts Officer at Watson E.P. Industries. Wan Ching holds a Diploma in Accountancy from Ngee Ann Polytechnic Singapore. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. Wan Ching is fluent in English and Chinese.

Charmaine Tay joined Axiom Asia in 2015. Prior to joining Axiom, Charmaine held positions at Hauni Singapore, Millward Brown and Far East Organization in the accounts department handling invoices, payments and accounting systems. Charmaine holds a Diploma in Accountancy & Taxation from Nanyang Polytechnic Singapore. She reads and writes English, Chinese and speaks several Chinese dialects.

Karen Neo joins Axiom Asia as a Finance Officer. Prior to joining Axiom, Karen was previously a Finance Officer at Union Bancaire Privee, where she was responsible for monitoring daily liquidity and regulatory limits, accounts payable and staff claim processes and assisted in month-end financial closing tasks. She also previously held accounting and finance roles in China Construction Bank and Coutts & Co Ltd. Karen holds LCCI qualifications in Higher Accounting and Higher Auditing. She reads and writes English and Chinese.
